Title: Pink Pony Sauce

8ozSilken tofu
1tsFreshly grated horseradish
1/3cBeets, grated
1/3tsDry mustard
1tsHoney
2tsOlive oil

Place all ingredients in a blender. Puree on high until smooth and creamy.

Serve as a dipping sauce with turnip chips.
